The former was charged with endangering a child’s welfare and sentenced to prison. There are 19 children and countingStar has resolved the matter outside the Elm Springs district court, Arkansas. Jana is not required to appear, according to the court clerk.
CelebHomes News has obtained documents from the court that reveal Jana paid $880 to plead guilty to the third-degree endangerment of minor welfare.
CelebHomes News reached Jana’s lawyer to request comment but did not hear back.
Jana’s charges were first reported in early December. A court document confirms that Jana received a Sept. 9 citation. Jana pleaded not guilty and did not reveal the facts surrounding the charges.
