Acerage: 0.17 acres Year built: 2008

Like him or leave him, one thing you have to admit is that Chris Brown does have good taste in homes, which is seen in his purchase in 2011 of the $1.55 million dollar super modern home in the Hollywood Hills. The 2,500 square foot 3 bedroom home is, by celebrity standards, a very modest abode but in an architectural sense Brown’s new home is spectacular.

There is an amazing custom LED lighting system throughout the home, in the stairs, the hot tub and pool, there is also an elevator that will take you from the master bedroom upstairs down to the pool below. Walls of glass open up to a spectacular view of the canyon, with wood floors, a sleek Boffi brand kitchen and other luxuries this pad proves itself to be the ultimate bachelor pad.

Chris Brown is the first male artist to have his debut single top the Billboard Hot 100 chart since P. Diddy in 1997. With hit singles like “Kiss Kiss” featuring T-Pain and “I Can Transform Ya” that featured Lil Wayne, Brown has soared to the top of the music industry. Along with his music career Brown has also pursued an acting career with his debut in the 2007 movie “Stomp the Yard” along with parts in “This Christmas” (2007), Takers (2010), and “Think Like a Man” (2012).

Brown is also well known in the media for controversy, the domestic violence incident with then girlfriend Rihanna being the most notable. On February 8, 2009 Brown and his then girlfriend Rihanna had an argument that wound up getting physical and left Rihanna with facial injuries. On March 5, 2009 Brown was charged with felony assault, to which he is serving probation.

Recently there has been persistent media speculation that Brown and Rihanna are rekindling their relationship and that Brown has put an end to the relationship he was having with model Karrueche Tran because of the feelings he has for Rihanna.
