Just moments before TMZ, citing sources with direct knowledge, published a story Oct. 28 claiming the singer struck Yolanda Hadid—mom to longtime girlfriend Gigi Hadi—he took to TwitterTo seemingly address the problem.
“As you all know I am a private person and I very much want to create a safe and private place for my daughter to grow up in,” the pop star, who shares 13-month-old daughter KhaiGigi. “A place where private family matters don’t get thrown on the international stage for all of us to poke at and pick apart.” To protect her space, I agreed not to contest claims arising out of an argument I had in my home with a family member who was absent from my partner several weeks ago.
