Officially, our favorite Pogues will be back for another season.
It’s time to return to paradise on Earth, as John B. would describe it. Netflix revealed on Twitter, Dec. 7, that Outer Banks has been renewed for a third season. The hit series—which is in the running for “The Drama Show of 2021” at this year’s People’s Choice Awards—held the No. 1 spot globally in Netflix’s Top 10 TV list for an entire month following its launch on July 30.
Twitter streamer Poguelandia wrote, alongside a clip of the cast. “Outer Banks will come back for a 3rd season!”
“I have an announcement. I’ve got an annoucement.” Chase Stokes, a.k.a. John B yells at the screen as he sprints to it. “All the Way from Poguelandia we have incoming news. Drumroll, please.”
This drumroll is courtesy series regulars, including Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss,Rudy Pankow, Austin North, Drew Starkey and Charles EstenTogether with Carlacia Grant (Cleo) who will also be back, this time as a series regular.
