BBC News reported Thursday that the actress at 39 was compensated for her legal actions against News Group Newspapers. According to the report, she alleged in a statement read by her lawyer in court that her private medical information was obtained and The Sun subsequently leaked her pregnancy. 

Miller criticized the outlet in a statement she read outside of court in London on Thursday. Miller claimed that the outlet displayed “disgraceful behaviour” in publishing her pregnancies news at the “most vulnerable time of my life.”
