Selena Gomez is not letting the Internet ruin her joy.

Wondermind launched her platform during her April 4th appearance. Good Morning America, the “Let Somebody Go” singer, 29, revealed that staying off the Internet has improved her mental health. 

“I haven’t been on the Internet in 4-and-a-half years,” she said. It’s completely transformed my life. It has made my life easier, more joyful, and more connected with others. I understand how powerful the Internet is, and in so many ways it’s done the best things for the world. For me, the internet is a way to get my news and connect with people.
