It was February. Kanye West—who is in the midst of a divorce with KimAnd shares North, Chicago, Saint West and Psalm West with the SKIMS mogul—claimed that North was “being put on TikTok against my will.” However, Kim quickly issued a reply.

In an Instagram Story, she said that Kanye’s “constant attacks against me in interviews as well as on social media” was more harmful than any TikTok North may create. “As the parent who is the main provider and caregiver for our children, I am doing my best to protect our daughter while also allowing her to express her creativity in the medium that she wishes with adult supervision—because it brings her happiness.”

Kanye asked Kanye, later: “What does main provider mean?”

Kim was just declared legally single. She also said, “Divorce can be difficult enough on our kids and Kanye’s obsession with trying control and manipulating our situation so negatively and publically is only causing more pain for everyone.” Because it’s best for my kids, I want a strong and stable co-parenting partnership. Kanye has made it difficult every step of this journey. It is my wish that we can handle everything regarding our children privately and I am hopeful that he will be able to respond to the third attorney Kanye has used in the last 12 months to settle any disputes.
