Los Angeles Judge dismisses one of the abuse cases against him Marilyn Manson.

The rocker’s former assistant Ashley Walters sued Manson—real name Brian Warner—last year over alleged sexual harassment, abuse, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and wrongful termination from August 2010 to October 2011.

On May 25, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael L. SternWalter’s case was dismissed by documents stating that Walter “has pleaded too many facts to keep the case in court,” The Insider. Stern stated in the outlet that Walters had not filed his complaint by the deadline. Walters was unable to sue Manson in future for similar allegations because of the dismissal with prejudice.

“We are deeply disappointed in the court’s decision today,” Walters’ attorneys at Valli Kane & Vagnini LLP Hadsell Stormer Renick & Dai LLPCelebHomes News received a statement from the company. If this ruling is upheld, it would significantly limit the rights of victims of abuse and their ability to get justice in the legal system. The complaint that Ashley suffered from trauma and abuse was clearly presented the facts, which hindered Ashley’s ability to come forward earlier.
