He said that he finds it so inspirational because there are many topics that can be difficult to discuss and hear. It’s helped me through a lot of difficulties, and it has helped me to know that others have helped.
Haynes was a member LGBTQ+ and dedicated his memoir “To all the queer kid who long for love, attention and affection” as well as “to the one who’d cut their arm to get someone signed their cast.”
He said, “I conclude it by saying, You’re worthy to love without pain’, because I was that child.” It has been so much support. And it has been just as much love.
