World, stop. BeyoncéTikTok has been officially accepted.
 
The 28-time Grammy winner’s swarm of fans—a.k.a. the Beyhive—is completely abuzz, all thanks to the “Formation” singer joining the video-sharing platform on Thursday, Dec. 16. The Queen Bee is yet to post anything, but YetNearly 150,000 people have already followed her.
 
The news about her new social media moves was not enough. Word quickly spread after a photo of her TikTok profile was posted to TIDAL’s official Instagram account. (TIDAL is an audio streaming service acquired by Beyoncé’s husband, Jay-ZIn 2015. The Ivy Park founder joining TikTok is a clear sign that there will be a lot more people signing up to the platform for future fun. TIDAL wrote that “Not her forcing me to download TikTok”, while another said “I’M SCARED and READY, LETS GROW QUEEN.”
 
And yes, although Beyoncé has TechnicallyReleased new music, “Be Alive”, her latest single from the King RichardSome fans believe that the move will bring her closer to releasing a new project.
