Reminders to attend routine appointments are always helpful. This is why Meagan Good partnered up with FORCE, SHARE, Black Health Matters and Eisai Inc. on the Spot Her campaign to help raise awareness about endometrial cancer, the most common type of uterine cancer. Meagan was recently diagnosed with uterine cancer after she went to routine visits. Megan is now more aware of her health, and encourages others to take the same steps.

Meagan stated, “I don’t fear to talk openly with my family, friends and doctor about my gynecologic conditions and I encourage all, especially the Black community to do so to help more women recognize potential signs of endometrial carcinoma early.” It’s crucial that women support one another, share gynecologic concerns and promote our own health at the doctor’s office.

Meagan encouraged us all to take care of our health and shared her top picks for self-care. She told CelebHomes that she feels most happy when we are in harmony with God. Meagan shares her top picks for items you can’t do without if you are looking to be relaxed, happy and well-prepared.
