Panelist “Whoopi” said, “If you are wondering where she is, she has a film she’s making. She will be back once she finishes what she’s done.” Joy Behar revealed. She was gone for a time.
The View announced that Whoopi would returnTo the event on May 2.
Whoopi’s real job is to film the Prime Video Limited Series Anansi Boys Scotland Based upon the fantasy novel Neil Gaiman, Whoopi will play Bird Woman, the villain of the story, who is seeking revenge on Anansi, played by Delroy Lindo.
Stars also appear in the series Fiona Shaw, CCH Pounder L. Scott Caldwell.
This project was long a dream for the EGOT winner who recently featured in Paramount+. Star Trek: Picard and Prime Video’s Harlem.
