CelebHomes News obtained the following document: A judge returned his judgement Thursday, Dec. 2 for several procedural reasons.

Before they can call themselves legally single, new paperwork must be submitted due to errors, including an incomplete Declaration For Default and the inability for them to waive their Declarations of Disclosure.

They also need to “enter the correct number of pages attached to the FL-180 form” and resubmit the documents before they’re totally in the clear.
