Simpson, who appeared on the programme with Lachey between 2003 and 2005, admitted that they “got to try a lot more things than we might have otherwise.” However, Simpson admitted she would not have gone camping without it. She stated, “There were certain moments when it was like, “Put Jessica here in the wild and you’ll see good TV.”
Simpson stated that she has no regrets in her life. She said that she has never regretted anything. She continued, “No. I learned from it.” She continued, “There is a lesson in every situation.”
