Ali AbulabanJinnKid is a name that’s popular on social media. He pleaded not guilty in the murder of his wife and a male victim.
Abulaban, who amassed hundreds and thousands of YouTube and TikTok followers with his comedy skits or impressions, was arrested Oct. 21 after he reported the shooting of Abulaban’s wife Ana Abulaban, 28 and a male identified as Rayburn Cardenas Barron?, 29 Police confirmed that Rayburn was found at his San Diego apartment. Officers found Ana and Rayburn in the apartment with gunshot wounds to the upper bodies. They were declared dead on the spot at 3:30 p.m.
Ali, 29, was found driving his car and was taken into custody. He was then questioned and eventually arrested. At his arraignment on Monday, Oct. 25, it was revealed he pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree murder along with “special-circumstance allegations of multiple killings,” The San Diego Union Tribune reported.
He had allegedly installed a listening device on his 5-year-old daughter’s iPad, a prosecutor said in court, according to the Union-Tribune. After hearing their conversations, the prosecutor claimed that he went to his wife’s house and shot both victims.
