Abigail AndersonSwift, Swift’s friend for many years, has a lot of things to be thankful for, which includes her engagement. On Thursday, Nov. 25, the future bride revealed her soon-to-be husband popped the question by sharing photos of the special moment on Instagram. In the pictures, the couple was standing near a beach when her now-fiancé, who she has not named publicly, got down on one knee.
“Thankful for my man, my life, and this happiness,” Abigail captioned her post. You’re all very thankful for Thanksgiving.
Taylor has yet not commented on Taylor’s friend’s news. Taylor was a bridesmaid for Abigail’s 2017 marriage to photographer Matt Lucier.
For more than 10 years, their friendship has been cherished by dedicated fans. It began back in high school. Taylor’s track “Fifteen” from 2009 refers to her. It has the lyrics “You sit down in class next a redhead called Abigail/ And soon enough, you’re best buddies.”
