Seven others died within the crash, as properly: John Altobelli, a baseball coach at Orange Coast Faculty in Costa Mesa; his spouse, Keri Altobelli; their daughter, Alyssa Altobelli; Christina Mauser, an assistant Mamba Sports activities Academy basketball coach; Payton Chester, a participant on the staff; her mom, Sarah Chester; and Ara Zobayan, the pilot.
4 months after the crash, the Los Angeles County Division of Medical Examiner-Coroner decided the reason for dying for all the passengers to be blunt trauma and the way of dying was unintended. Investigators later decided the pilot of the helicopter appeared to violate federal requirements and sure skilled “spatial disorientation” whereas flying via clouds on the foggy morning.
