During a Wednesday, Sept. 22 hearing attended by CelebHomes News, a judge said the court will resentence Scott to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the killings of Laci, 27, and the couple’s unborn son, Conner.
CelebHomes News reached Scott’s lawyer for comment but did not hear back.
The court was previously informed by the prosecution that they would not seek death penalty against Scott, who is 48 years old, if he gets a fresh trial.
