November 4th, the rapper used Twitter to post a note she got from a friend. Penn Badgley“s” PleaseCharacter 

“Hello, You…My stalking and killing may make me a certified freak, seven days a week, but it also brought me to…you,” it began, borrowing a lyric from Cardi B’s song “WAP.” Cardi B. You have a way using social media. It’s meaningful. It’s substantive. You are just my kind of person. You’re authentic and nuanced…just as you are with your music. I am always on my toes. You don’t have to be kept in any way, it’s just refreshing.”

In addition to the note, Cardi B received a hat with the words, “Hello, You…” on it. “Can’t Wait to See You Slaying in This Hat, But I Certain Hope You Don’t Disappear,” concluded the message. “Au Revoir, Joe Goldberg.”

It’s no surprise that Grammy-winning artist, Grammy nominee, was surprised to see the package and inquired, “How Joe located my new home address?” [sic]”
