It appears Marty and Wendy Byrde won’t get their fortunately ever after.

The fourth and closing season of Ozark is about to premiere April 29 on Netflix, marking the top of the Byrde’s felony enterprise. It is a second that viewers have lengthy dreaded, as there is not any simple manner out for the couple, performed by Jason Bateman and Laura Linney. And now, the trailer launched March 29 confirms followers’ worst fears.

Within the preview, Ruth Langmore (Julia Garner) continues to mourn the lack of her cousin Wyatt (Chris Tanahan) and decides to kill his assassin, Navarro drug lord Javi (Alfonso Herrera). When Marty warns her that his dying would jeopardize “the whole lot we have labored for,” she replies, “Welcome to my f–king world.” 

A short scene reveals Ruth capturing the drug lord, setting off a series of occasions that can probably finish with much more dying. 

After three seasons of bloodshed and betrayals, the couple are left with few folks to show to of their time of want. Even Maya Miller (Jessica Frances Dukes), their former ally within the FBI, has turned her again on the Byrdes, telling Marty, “You are simply one other felony to me now.”
