CelebHomes News received confirmation from The CW that it had confirmed their news on 23 March. Meg Donnelly Drake RodgerHave been cast in the series as regulars Supernatural prequel, The Winchesters. They will play Mary Cambell (and John Winchester), Sam’s parents.Jared PadaleckiDean (Jensen Ackles).
The series, which was announced back in February, “is told from the perspective of narrator Dean Winchester,” according to the series description. The series is “the epic, untold love story between John and Mary, and how they risked everything to save each other, as well as the world.”
Mary, 19, is a teenager who “has been fighting against the forces of darkness ever since she was a kid,” continues the description. “After losing someone close to her, the hardened hunter considers quitting the family business—until her father’s disappearance and the arrival of newcomer John Winchester forces her to lead a new team.”
As far as John goes, he is selfless, clearheaded and has recently returned from Vietnam. His father’s DNA traces lead him back to his homeland and take him on a quest for a hidden organization that will allow him to fight a completely new war as a hunter.
