Iyanna McNeely Jarrette Jones are no longer two peas in the same pod.
Nearly six more months later Love is blind viewers watched the couple—who connected in the pods during the show’s second season—tie the knot during the finale, the pair announced their split in a joint statement.
They shared their August 17 message on their Instagram accounts. It read: “After much thought we are sad to announce that we have split and will start the process of divorce.” Our lives are moving in different directions and we love one another. It was not an easy decision. However, we’ll always be there for each other.
The statement added that they hoped you would all allow us to close this chapter of life. We are grateful to all our family and friends for supporting us through this experience.
They gave the show a shoutout and then went on to say thanks to Netflix for their “unique opportunity and support.”
