
Kanye West will not face charges for an alleged physical altercation that took place with an autograph broker—and the rapper’s lawyer couldn’t be more pleased.

He said, “For two nights preceding this incident, the same man followed my client at three locations. I was able to capture him on video repeatedly approaching my client and entering his space. These prior incidents and video evidence were given to the LA City Attorney’s Office for consideration. The City Attorney reached the correct decision.
