Why do you love the Mirror? It’s a great method to bring group classes to you via live sessions with instructors who acknowledge you by your name, provide motivation, and share personal insight. You can also tape them if your schedule doesn’t permit for a live session. You can even have one-on-1 sessions.

You can personalize your experience in many ways. You can choose from beginner, intermediate, advanced and expert levels. You can choose to exercise for 15 minutes or less, as well as 30-minute, 45 minute, and 60 minute workouts. There are many types of workouts you can choose from, including pilates, stretch and boxing, yoga, strength, cardio, strength, and Tai chai. There are also some programs that are geared toward pre/postnatal fitness in addition to family fun workouts that kids can join. You can filter your sessions by choosing the instructor you like. You can select the type of music that you prefer or you can connect it with your own music from your phone to make it a truly personal experience.

Mirrors can also be used to set goals. The mirror can be used to input your ideal workout frequency or fitness goals. It will also keep track of your heart rate, calories burned, and the time you have completed each session if connected to a monitor. Mirror is the best way to stay on top of your fitness and health goals.
