After a month-long search, Brian Laundrie has been discovered lifeless. 

The human stays found in Florida on Oct. 20 have been confirmed to belong to the 23-year-old fiancé of late influencer Gabby Petito, FBI Denver stated on Twitter.

“A comparability of dental information confirmed that the human stays discovered on the T. Mabry Carlton, Jr. Memorial Reserve and Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park are these of Brian Laundrie,” the authorities wrote.

On Oct. 20, a pocket book and backpack belonging to Laundrie have been discovered close to a path he frequented in Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park in North Port, Fla., spurring an intensive investigation of that space, Laundrie household legal professional Steve Bertolino stated.

Regulation enforcement officers stated at a press convention that partial human stays have been found in Florida’s Carlton Reserve, at a location beforehand underwater. A spokesperson for the North Port Police advised NBC Information the stays have been “skeletal.” 

On Sept. 1, earlier than going lacking, Laundrie returned house alone from a cross-country journey that he and Petito had taken. Petito’s dad and mom reported her lacking on Sept. 11, and simply days later, Laundrie’s household stated that they had not seen him since Sept. 14, police stated. He didn’t converse with police earlier than his disappearance, and he was not a suspect in her demise.
