Euphoria’s Hunter Schafer Has Odds In Her Favor With New Role

Hunter Schafer has volunteered as tribute.

It Euphoria actress has officially joined the cast of the highly-anticipated The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.

Hunter will play Tigris Snow, Coriolanus’ confidante and cousin, in the prequel film. Her purpose? Advising the future tyrannical President of Panem “in everything—from his role as mentor to the core of his moral compass” during the 10th annual Hunger Games, according to a press release.

Fans of the OG movies may recall that Tigris, a tiger-like, ultra fashion stylist, hides Katniss.Jennifer Lawrence), Gale (Liam HemsworthPeetaJosh Hutcherson) and others in her shop in the fourth and final film.

Hunter is joining a stellar cast that also includes Billy the Kidstar Tom Blyth West Side Story co-stars (and real life couple) Rachel Zegler and Josh Andres Rivera.

Directed by Francis Lawrence, who previously directed the franchise’s Catching Fire, Mockingjay Part One Part IIThe film will debut in cinemas November 2023.
