Erika JayneThe legal problems of’s clients are not over.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her company, EJ Global, LLC, are now being named in a $2.1 million lawsuit that claims she “aided and abetted” her estranged husband Tom Girardi in his law firm Girardi & Keese’s alleged embezzlement activities, according to legal documents obtained by CelebHomes News.

Jayne is, however, denial of any wrongdoing through her attorney Evan Borges.

Borges said that Erika was being blamed for others’ conduct in a misguided attempt to make Erika feel guilty. “Erika doesn’t have a degree in law and she has not worked or managed the law office of her husband.” Erika was unaware of any actions or statements Mr. Girardi and others from his law firm made to plaintiffs in the case.

Borges stated that the focus should be on Girardi and his law firm, as well as “anyone else who made it possible for him to do what he did.” He added, “Piling about Erika might generate publicity but is without basis in law nor fact.”
