In a statement obtained by CelebHomes News, the Los Angeles Police Department said their “investigative entities are aware of an incident between two individuals during the Academy Awards program. It involved one person hitting another. One of the parties involved declined to submit a report. LAPD can complete an investigation report if the concerned party requests one at a later time.
CelebHomes News reached Out to Smith and Rock Reps for Comment, and did not hear back.
