Kennedy (17) was driving his Ford pickup in South Carolina on February 8th when Kennedy allegedly pulled into the driveway at a private home and “struck” the building. A South Carolina Highway Patrol official previously confirmed this to CelebHomes News. According to several reports, the individual who entered the garage was later identified. Larry Duane Paris, 54.
Authorities confirmed following the incident that Kennedy was from Roebuck (S.C.) and that he had been charged with felony driving while under the influence leading to death. They also added that an investigation into the crash is ongoing.
Paris’s family members shared impact statements at his bond hearing, Thursday February 24, asking for the judge not to grant his bond.
