It’s been 7 years since the end of That 70’s Show. But, it’s not the end for That 70’s Show alumni member, Wilmer Valderrama. Like his former co-star, Danny Masterson, Wilmer has been keeping himself considerably busy on-screen with small to medium TV and movie roles. He’s also been dabbling in real estate simultaneously. It’s reported that Wilmer successfully sold his home in Encino for $890,000 on August 14th of this year. The house was originally purchased for roughly $1.165 million. Not bad Wilmer, not bad. Now, he’s moving onto bigger and better things……once he nets $3.495 million from his current home in Tarzana, CA.
A fan of That 70’s Show may agree that Tarzana is appropriate for Wilmer to establish a residency there, with respect to his character in the sitcom having a lisp. You can just hear him say “Tarzana”over and over again. Casa de Fez is sectioned off with a nice and simple white gate. Past the gate is a pathway that may feel as though you’re being led to a hidden gem in a vast forest. The main house measures at a whopping 9,000 sq ft. and was built in 1946. Its overall exterior gives off a homey feel and would make visitors feel welcome. Lot is 2.2 acres.
