Ryan Lewis (Macklemore) seemingly has the “same love” for himself. And that’s fine, because if you don’t know how to love or treat yourself, then how can you treat others to those catchy songs. Lewis applies himself to this principle by purchasing a 7,610 sq ft mini-mansion for a generous price of $3.3 million in his home state of Washington. The measure of his success doesn’t stop here though, not when you have a single titled “Can’t Hold Us” or “My Oh My.” Looks like he wants to unwind a bit, and perhaps utilize his new home as a sanctuary for conjuring new ideas for another album.

The waterfront house on Perkins Ln is truly a remarkable site for sore eyes that offers oceanic views and has a flowly floor plan. When Lewis isn’t producing music, he can retreat to the library room as desired after grabbing a bottle of wine from the spacious wine cellar. Afterwards, Ryan can quickly access a lengthy patio from the library room and take in the succulent tranquil aforementioned oceanic views. There’s also another long balcony on the bottom floor. The bottom patio can be accessed via three rooms and the top floor patio can be accessed via two. The estate is private and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
