You know what comes to mind when you think of “Hilton.” Not asking! You think of dollar signs. We all know Paris Hilton. But what about her parents. Of course, they’re rich as well. Lets just say that the net worth of mother/entrepreneur Kathy Hilton and father/chairman Richard Hilton resulted in a $2.522 million 1 bed and 2 bath apartment in the The Pierre building in New York City, Manhattan. Why would they spend so much for so little? Because they can! Richard’s father was actually the founder of the Hilton hotel. As for Richie Rich, he’s the chairman and co-founder of a real estate brokerage firm. You might’ve heard of it. Hilton & Hyland?
Anyway, on to the co-op. It’s quaint, yet interestingly elegant. And while the floor plan is small, the building makes up for any of the unit’s discrepancies; 24-hour concierge, 24-hour room service, elevators that are tended to regularly, maid service, and a high-end spa and workout center. Lets not also leave out the skyscraper views of the surrounding city life. Washer and dryer are also included. Another great thing about the neat apartment is it faces Central Park, and is only a minutes walk away from it.
