Zoe Saldana is surely not the only star-studded Hollywoodster whose home got broken into. Apparently, those pesky heartless burglars like Orlando Bloom as well. Then again, what’s not to like about him? The ladies love him, he has that foreign English accent, and is successful. He is actually going to be in the two upcoming Hobbit sequels, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and The Hobbit: There and Back Again. Unfortunately, Bloom wasn’t around his LA pad to go Legolas on the burglar’s arses. There could’ve been security cameras at least, though, which he got installed after the incident.
Orlando put his 3,248 sq ft home up for sale a couple of weeks ago. He’s currently asking for $4.5 million flat. The house was built in 1940 and sits on 0.75 acres, with a floor plan of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The property is secluded within the gated community it belongs to. You may find a private little patio that sits atop a hill overlooking full vast landscapes. The price also includes a private BBQ area and pool which requires some adventuring to get to. All in all, it’s a hidden gem within Hollywood Hills that’s catered towards those who have money and want security, privacy, and a nice home to go along with.
