A native of Sacramento, Calif., Spencer was mostly raised by his aunt, uncle and grandparents, until midway through high school, when his older brother Cody WebbHe was made his legal guardian. Sacramento Bee reported. Spencer stated that “I grew up much faster than most kids” in 2016, telling his local paper. I never had a dad or mom in my childhood. Their choice was to pursue other interests, so I’ve been doing it with my brother. We’re making our dream come true. He dreamed of it, so I dreamed.
In 2020, Spencer told the paper, “My parents left when I was young, and my mom missed out and my dad and I started to talk again, so I appreciate that.”
