She received the assistance she needed nearly two years ago and has since been “slowly returning to the creative process.” This includes her new LP due out July 15. Noah spoke about her initial months of recovery, saying that she was “being helped by everyone I needed to help.” It took me a while to find my feet on my own.
 
Noah said that Noah decided to speak out about her life in an effort to assist others going through the same thing. Noah shared that she is not trying be a spokesperson for recovery. She said, “I am going through it myself and finding it out.”

Noah is able to see the hope in her eyes, despite having spent hours on therapy and psychiatry. She said, “I get up every morning and can look into a mirror to see how I am doing and continue my day without feeling sorry for myself.” I’m able comfort and care for myself.”
