It’s been a matter of months since the ole comedic hound, Mickey Rooney, has been lost to us. Some reports say that he died in his sleep. Despite these reports and the unfortunate incident, we’re lucky to have him in memory through his extensive acting career. As for a family, married couple, or just couple, who happens to be home-hunting and has $2.495 million to spend on a good-sized home, they’d be lucky to have Mickey Rooney’s former Westlake Village home.

The home was originally built in 1976. It’s gone through a dramatic renovation. For starters, the house was expanded. Everything was pretty much upgraded and remodeled. If Mickey Rooney were here to see what his former home looks like now. Then again, he may die again! The floor plan is even, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There’s a spacious furnished kitchen, fireplace, and large walk-in closet (can serve as an additional bedroom!) to be enjoyed, along with full waterfront views via a ginormous deck on the first floor and balcony on the second. Gate and on-duty guard included with purchase!

Address: 1400 Redsail Cir, Westlake Village CA 91361
