When you’re a long-time songwriter (and music producer) for Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears, you’re apparently able to spend $3.72 million on a house that was once owned by names such as legend Frank Sinatra, icon Marilyn Monroe, and on-screen veteran James Coburn, who’s also a legend in his own right. Max Martin, who helped bring to you “Beauty and a Beat,” is now the proud owner of the aforementioned 5,637 sq ft estate in West Hollywood, Los Angeles CA. Martin recently worked with one of the web’s newest hottest buzzes, Ariana Grande, and J-Lo on a new single.

At the state of which the house is currently in, one could imagine the aforementioned classic celebrities still living in it even today. Private walkways, artsy flights of stairs, and wide rooms for entertainment were enough for Sinatra, Monroe, and Coburn. The person who remodeled the 1952 abode understood that it needed to be more modern, so a nice furnished kitchen, library, and fireplaces are thrown in there for Max. And of course, a personal garage is included. It’s reported that Martin intends to transform the 4 bed and 5 bath into a recording studio.
