Just like what Mark Brazill did with “That 70’s Show,” he went with the old and is looking to go into the new. The executive producer who brought you that show, and “Lab Rats,” sold his 1937 estate on W Valleyheart Dr in Burbank last August for $1.2 million. It’s trendy and stylish like the sets that were used for “That 70’s Show.” Mark tried progressing off of that with “That 80’s Show,” but the series was short-lived. Perhaps a “90’s Show” is in the making sometime in the future? For now, Mark’s sticking with “Lab Rats.”
Luckily, no lab rats are to be found in the slightly open floor plan. The property has a nice walkway that leads to the main entrance, where a little patio area can also be found. The 2,628 sq ft house has 3 bedrooms and interestingly 1.75 bathrooms. If you happen to have to go badly, then there’s adequate space in the backyard. Seriously though, you can also go on the front lawn. Brazill’s former abode’s kitchen walls and floor are tiled in a manner where classic and hominess are emphasised. Also included is a large countertop, where a large single bowl sink can be found.
Despite the unbalanced floor plan, the place has other great features; rich hardwood floors, fireplace, centralized AC, library/study, large pool, hot tub, and various poolside sitting areas. It’s a fair buy in the Rancho Equestrian Neighborhood.
