Although I have wanted to launch a beauty brand for many years, I realized that there had to be a purpose behind it. Since I have always felt pressured to be perfect, I decided to start a company that would change the way people think about beauty. Rare Beauty is on a mission: to empower everyone with their uniqueness and redefine what beauty means.
First and foremost, I enjoy what I do. That is why I am a strong motivator. My motivation is knowing that I will be able to reach the young people in my community if I keep using my voice to dispel stigma surrounding mental health. This is why I’m so committed to raising money through Rare Impact Fund and using my platforms for mental health resources to young adults.
Our goal is to change the industry’s perception of mental health by reducing stigma and improving access to support services.
