Being a former world No.1 in professional tennis has its perks. Lets just say that Johnny Mac’s been keeping busy, despite supposedly being retired. McEnroe is a sports commentator, and even continues to swing a tennis racket every now and then. You can also see John play as himself quite often alongside Adam Sandler in Mr. Deeds and You Don’t Mess with the Zohan. McEnroe has made TV guest appearances as well. The last we heard of John killing it on the tennis court was at the 2012 French Open. He was victorious along with brother, Patrick.

Johnny Mac was also victorious in real estate, through the purchase of a new home in Malibu for $3.345 million, which is reportedly 6 miles away from his other home. Interesting. John McEnroe may say to you, “Because I freaking can!” It measures 2,800 sq ft and has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a nice little outdoor patio for McEnroe to relax on, an adequate kitchen w/ breakfast counterop and seating, nice living room for entertainment pleasures, outdoor kitchen, and firepit. Flooring is mostly sleek hardwood and tile. It’s like “Paradise Cove.”
