Jeff Lewis, producer of Bravo/HGTV’s “Flipping Out,” has more of a reason to “flip out” for as long as the home on N Gramercy Pl in LA, which he bought twice, doesn’t sell. Both of those times which Lewis bought the sophisticated and homey 1937 estate are equivalent to the amount of times he renovated the home. “Flipping Out” went into it’s seventh season March of this year. The last episode aired in the first week of May. It’s unknown whether the show will proceed with an eigth season or not. Whether it does or doesn’t, Lewis still has work to be done.

He was shooting for $2.995 million last October. Perhaps Jeff took the 3 bed and 3.5 bath off the market to make further renovations. The other reason could be, of course, most people can’t hang! For a house that measures 3,730 sq ft, it has a modest floor plan and interior. The kitchen is all-around sleek and is accompanied by an attached breakfast/bar seating area. Another bar area can be found. Adjacent to the kitchen is a living room. Classy wooden stairs will ascend you to the second floor, where you can access the pool and hot tub that are out back of this level.

The backyard is truly one of a kind. It provides tranquility and soothes the mind with poolside seating, a place to BBQ, and switch seats with a small lounge area that’s near an outdoor bar. Detached garage and other amenities included.
