The Ghostbusters aren’t afraid of ghosts. But, neither is Law & Order: SVU’s long-time detective, Christopher Meloni. Combine his SVU character with that of True Blood’s Roman Zimojic (a vampire who holds the title “The Guardian,” which is kind of a big deal), and you have an actor who isn’t afraid to jump at buying a nice n’ big 5,283 sq ft single family home that’s rumored to be haunted. The house can be seen in HBO’s “Entourage.” And, if you can go way back, then you can see the house in “The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet.”

The 1916-built estate is remodeled to the point where barely a trace of the past remained. It’s three stories of modern day luxury living with a simple welcoming shell. When detective by day, Meloni would warm up by one of a handful of fireplaces, enjoy private outdoor seating areas, and take a dip in his private pool. At night, he may go to the master kitchen for a bottle of Tru Blood and choose to enjoy it in the romantic/casual/formal dining area. Basically, we can imagine that Chris here is very pleased of the amount he paid for this place ($5.25 million).
