Sitcom star Zooey Deschanel is selling her 1930s ranch in Hollywood Hills for $2.195 million.

The house was built in 1933 and is around 3.000 square feet, with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The dining room is a combination of blue and white tiles, with brass accent  that accentuated with the marble counter top. It has a  TV Lounge with  forest green walls and rich, crimson velvet drapery  The   step-down living room is spacious with  a fireplace, wood floors, French doors,  and  a vaulted, exposed wood ceiling adjoining with  the formal dining room.

This house was owned by Mark Ruffalo’s who sold it back in 2009 at a price of $1.65 million.
