The music industry might appear to be easy to some people to break into, whether you’re a rocker, DJ, or rapper. Keith Cozart, aka “Chief Keef,” is the epitome of this. He became well-known and high in demand for a short period of time. At only 18 years old, the Chief has his own record label, two albums out, and a handful of charges and arrests. No matter, because he remains to be head of his record label, Glory Boyz Entertainment, as well as a member of the 1017 Brick Squad. One would assume that Keith is making them G’s at this point. Apparently, he’s not.
The Chief is presently renting out (or is he) a 5,100 sq ft mansion in his hometown, Illinois. His landlord, Georghe Simoniak-Sas, reported that Keef hasn’t satisfied the months of July and August. Interestingly enough, Chief Keef is known to flaunt rolls of dollar bills so large that they can be classified as a lethal projectile. He’s also no stranger to being sued, which Georghe is currently in the process of doing. What choice does Mr. Simoniak-Sas have when Keith is all rolled up and enveloped in a nice $1 million mansion with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. It’s clueless as to why he hasn’t bought the place yet and be done with a landlord.
Comeon Keith. Just remove $10,000 of rent from your behind and fork it over already. You know you have it for that 6 bed and 5.5 bath mansion. Georghe is suing him in order to collect the amount of rent owed and for Keith to be evicted. Not to worry, Chief. There are many other landlords out there that you can mentally torture and confuse.
