Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer has re-listed and cut the price of her Malibu mansion with the hopes of selling it faster.
The ex-wife of Kelsey Grammer put the mansion on the market for $17.9 million back in August of last year. In March of this year Camille cut the price by $3 million to $14.9 million, since the home wasn’t moving as quick as she thought. This price cut is even deeper when you consider the Grammars originally listed the house for sale back in 2008 for $18.9 million.
Kelsey and Camille Grammer originally purchased the 10,567 square foot manor for $13.7 million in 2007. Since the time they bought the home they did major remodeling of the 9 bedroom and 12.5 bath home. The home also boasts a luxurious living room with exposed beams, a tasteful courtyard and outdoor pool, an exercise room and a large chef’s kitchen designed by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck.
Also on the 4.77 acres of private property has a dressage riding ring with a nine stall barn and a guest house that can qualify as a mansion itself at over 8,000 square feet. The guest house has a five car garage and rooftop deck.
Since 2011, Camille Grammer has been starring on the show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The January 12, 2011 episode of the show, in which she revealed that her husband wanted out of their marriage. The show was the highest rated episode of the season among its viewers. Additionally, the Watch What Happens Live episode featuring her husband Kelsey Grammer as a guest right after the show outperformed all late night cable talk shows that night.
The proceeds from the sale of the Malibu mansion will be split between Kelsey and Camille Grammer in accordance with their divorce agreement.
