Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton and her husband Marc Mezvinsky have just purchased a $10.5 million condo in the famed Whitman. The building boasts the longest apartments in New York, with each stretching a full city block.
The couple’s fourth floor condo will afford them a breathtaking view of Madison Square Park and all the luxury they could dream of.
Chelsea and Marc will enjoy a full-time doorman, private gym, a key-locked elevator, plenty of storage space and a temperature controlled package room, a home fit for a queen, or in this case a princess.
Melanie Lazenby and Dina Lewis of Douglas Elliman, who represent the development described the condo this way, “The Whitman is a unique, super luxury, new condominium project in NYC” “There is truly nothing else like this property on the market at the moment and we are extremely proud to be representing it.”
The 4,967 square foot condo has four bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, two dishwashers, two washer/dryers, women’s dressing rooms with double-sided vanity mirrors and large his and her closets.
