Vanessa described her feelings as being “blindsided”, “devastated, hurt and betrayed” because of the existence the images. Vanessa claimed she sued the county for “clarifications.”

She said that “I live in fear everyday” and added that her children would never see these pictures. You only want to be there for your baby.

The verdict was followed by Mira Hashmall, the lead outside counsel for L.A. County in the case, said in a statement to CelebHomes News, “We are grateful for the jury’s hard work in this case. We disagree with jury findings regarding County’s liability but we think the monetary award proves that jurors did not believe the evidence to support the Plaintiffs request for $75 million for emotional distress.

Hashmall stated, “Meanwhile. We hope the Bryant, Chester, and other families continue to heal following their tragic loss.”
