Sixteen of 13 Turpin siblings share their stories from being in foster care following their removal from Perris, Calif.

CelebHomes News obtained court documents that the Turpin brothers claim they were victims of abuse from a foster family after their 2018 rescue.

In court papers, the children claim that officers charged with their supervision failed to report “severe neglect and abuse” upon being warned.

The complaint states that the officials kept the siblings at the foster home for 3 years, despite their being aware of the abuse. This included hitting their faces with sandals and pulling their hair. Also, striking their heads with a belt.

According to court papers, the Turpin siblings claim they are suing Riverside County as well as the private foster agency that was supposed to protect them from compensatory damages for their “physical and psychological injuries” and other emotional distress.
