Fashion designer Tom Ford’s sleek and contemporary townhouse in Chelsea, London, costs $13 Million U.S. dollars.
Ford revitalized the Gucci fashion label in the 1990s when no other designer wanted to touch it. In 2004 he left Gucci and YSL to start his own fashion house: Tom Ford. He loves modern architecture and has commissioned houses from the Los Angeles firm of Marmol Radziner, the Spanish architect Alberto Campo Baeza, and the Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
The home is 3705sq ft and is renovated to fashion-god-Ford specifications, which included a staircase of white alabaster, black polished glass, Makassar wood and stainless steel walls, and a floor in black marble.
Located in the popular and exclusive Boltons Conservation Area in London SW10, the house is close to both Fulham Road and Old Brompton Road to enable some luscious shopping and dining within easy walk.
