Actress Tatum O’Neal, who it is reported just entered rehab again this past August, has again put her New York City Condominium back on the market.

O’Neal has listed the two bedroom and two bathroom apartment located at 175 E. Broadway, New York, NY on and off since 2008, and has recently re listed it for $1.6 million. The 1,435 square foot condo is situated in a prewar loft conversion building called The Forward Building, located on the Lower East Side. The apartment features include, an original ornate plaster ceiling, extra storage in the building’s basement, an elevator with direct access to the street and a 24-hour doorman.

O’Neal hasn’t lived in the apartment for a number of years, but rather has rented it out in recent years after relocating to Los Angeles, according to the New York Post. She bought the condominium in 2006 for $1.4 million and listed it for the first time in June of 2008 for $1.6 million.

Tatum, the daughter of Ryan O’Neal has an acting career that dates back to when she was 10 years old, when she starred with her father in Paper Moon in 1973. Tatum played Addie Loggins opposite her father. At the age of 10, she was the youngest person to ever win a competitive Academy Award for her performance in Paper Moon.

Tatum has had a long history of battling drug addiction and has been in and out of rehab for several years. Her prior trip to rehab was in February 2012 after she had a relapse with cocaine, however it was said that the facility she chose then wasn’t the best for her long history of addiction since they didn’t have the rigorous 12 step process to rehabilitation that Alcoholics Anonymous has and that she needs a more structured approach.
